Tonight, we honor a legacy of preservation right here in Knoxville. We’re excited to share that founder of @courtlandgroup, Jeffrey Nash, has been selected as the recipient of the 2026 Preservationist of the Year award at the Scruffy City Soirée taking place tonight.
Nash’s work has played an important role in Knoxville’s revitalization, taking chances on historic buildings and seeing potential in places others may have overlooked. His vision for thoughtful preservation has extended beyond downtown, helping bring new life to historic buildings and surrounding neighborhoods throughout the city.
