The Team
The Courtland Group, led by Jeffrey Nash, has built an impressive reputation through numerous successful redevelopments of historic buildings. Nash's career began in East London, where he specialized in reclaiming and redeveloping warehouses and factories. Nearly two decades ago, he brought his expertise to Knoxville, where he has since curated an extensive portfolio of revitalized properties.
Perhaps most well-known for reviving the building that became the Crown and Goose, Nash has also developed notable projects like Keystone Place and the stunning Patricia Nash Showroom on 6th Avenue. Currently, he recently restored the Hubris Building on the 100 block of Gay Street.
One of his most significant achievements to date is the transformation of two deteriorated buildings on Magnolia Avenue, which now house the headquarters for Hedstrom Design and the Mews Condominium project. The ten condos, completed in 2015, sold out rapidly, making it one of the fastest-selling condominium developments in Knoxville
Park City Village is proudly listed by partner Jeffery DeAlejandro. Before joining the Courtland Group, DeAlejandro dedicated 15 years to Knoxville’s food scene as the renowned owner of Olie Bea. Now, he is channeling his passion into enhancing real estate offerings, aiming to expand housing availability and contribute to the continued growth and legacy of Knoxville.
